When will I begin to see the codes start popping up?

A big group of us are hoping we can stay at a Disney resort for our trip in April - our high school band will be marching in one of the parades.

Just how does this work to get room discounts? Is it posted on the DISNEY website or what?

We (DD and myself) will be there for 2 weeks, late April through early May 2012 so I can use any discounts of any type!

I'm with you there!!! I have 2 kids in marching band and they are going to Disney in April.

Already have our room booked, but hoping for some kind of discount.

At first I was sad that April was left out but then someone who is going in Dec. posted that they are happy they made their ADR's before they announced this deal!

I'm happy in a way that we can't make our ADR's yet so they are all still fair game! Other wise it'd be impossible to get anything we'd hoped for!!

I kind of am, even though I'm not interested in the dining plan since I don't think it would work well with our family (I figured we'd save about $250 eating how we'd normally eat, so the plan is to pay OOP) We have 2 kids between the ages of 3&9, so I'm hoping to get a kids play free code!! But at the same time I would have been happy to receive free dinging, even though I'm sure we'd waste the credits IYKWIM

If you already have your room booked, how do you apply the discount (if we get one)?

When we made our reservation, we were told that if a discount becomes available we could add it on.

I'm hoping for some discount, even if it is just room only. Something is better than nothing!

Joining in! Looking to go for 6-7 nights starting around 4/14 (willing to flex the dates by a day or two to get the best airfare). Actually, I'm thinking we might arrive on or after 4/15 to avoid holiday pricing on the DDP. Sure hoping for a discount because rack rate is looking pretttttty scary right about now.
