Less than two days now! I have no idea how Im going to get through tomorrow
Ill probably pay attention in none of my classes!
At least most of my work is done! I have finished all of my reading (no small feat, considering Im taking two seminars!) AND written my five-page paper.
The paper was about Plato and Aristotle and math. Apparently Plato thought math always existed in the world and Aristotle was like DUDE. That is so wrong. Its we people that put math into the world and apply it to stuff. (wouldnt it be funny if Aristotle had written like that? It probably would make him a lot easier to read too
)
ANYway, I myself am inclined to side with old Plato. Or as my teacher, with a heavy Italian accent, says: PLAHto. I mean, seriously Aristotle. Are you telling me that I am somehow putting into the world the two days that stand between me and Disney World? Because after all, counting down is math, but if Im putting that math into the world, I would think I would make it more like two HOURS rather than two days. And the four classes Ive got tomorrow. If I was applying that number four to the world, I would make it one not four.
Sorry Aristotle. Im not buying it.
FYI, thats not what I wrote in my paper. And if you dont understand it, dont worry cause Im not sure I do either. And Im going to get graded on it. Great.
But the paper IS written and that is what really matters and no matter what Aristotle says, he cant deny that this time two days from now I will most likely be waiting for Wishes to start!!
Schoolwork aside, my packing and other preparations are fairly finished.
My toes are white. (I always paint my nails white before a Disney trip, it's just my thing)
My fingernails too (Im waiting to put the princess nails on though b/c 1. If I wore princess nails to class tomorrow no one would take me seriously, and 2. (which is really the more important reason) They might break.)
Today I rode over to the grocery store and got a few more Ratatouille toys for Dart and Athos
I think Im probably more excited about their surprise than theyre going to be!
I got the three figurines I was missing (Emile, the snotty French girl (Collette??), and Remy with a spoon) with only three tries! WOOO!
I also made up a little letter for Athos to get from Remy explaining the surprises (I decided I didnt have time to think up clues, so Ill probably just hide them where hell find them right away.)
Hmmmm
what else? Ive been watching princess movies to get in a Disney mood.
I watched The Little Mermaid last week, Cinderella while straightening my hair last night (well see how long it (my hair, not Cinderella) lasts in the Florida heat
although the forecast is calling for thunderstorms this week!
), AND (I saved the best for last) Beauty and the Beast I have been watching tonight!
My bags are packed

hopefully itll be easy for the ME people to spot. Ive got all my pretty new clothes/accessories, my Jasmine crown, a copy of Northanger Abbey/Lady Susan (gotta have my Jane Austen!), the Remy toys, a blank notebook, my Disney diary, pins and pennies, the ME booklet, chargers, camera, etc. I really dont think Im forgetting anything
Ive got the iPod loaded too with plenty of Disney music
and of course Sunrise is ready to hop in my bag and hit the road (or rather air!). I can't wait!!!

Disney, I am slowing down on Chanel-collecting. Disney and Chanel are very pricey pursuits, and I am not a wealthy snob -- just a comfortable one
