Got our info from DCL 4 days ago. Just opened it. Exciting.
I think we will be doing the Pirate Adventure in GC, and definately Dolphin Discovery in Coz. KW on our own.

BTW, very disappointed with 2009 choices. St.Croix is especially shocking. Boring, poor, and nothing to do. Was hoping for Bermuda out of NYC. That would have been so easy.

Never booked shore excursions or other reservations prior to boarding...suggestions?

I did not do the parasailing on CC, but did it last summer in Myrtle Beach with DD(10). It was fantastic. I was really scared, but it ended up being one of the most exhilirating things I ever did. DD loved it too. I might do it again on CC.

That is funny, My 11 DD has asked to do the same thing. From what I have read it will have to be a tandem with her and myself. I may have to do two trips another one for my younger dd.

Just back from the Wonder and a few days at the park. We has smooth seas and beautiful weather. The holiday decorations were great!

Had a power outage one night while still docked in Nassau. It was strange whole ship went dark I was up on deck for few minutes then emergency generators kicked in. I don't know if they came on quicker for the people inside.

Took about 400 pictures will post a few when I have a chance. Now back to reality – who is going to cook and do the dishes for me now?

I'm not sure that makes a difference as I have yet to pay in full for my cruise and I received my packet last week. Maybe it is based on how early you book?

Hi all my fellow cruiser! Just finalized all my cruise reservations yesterday. Cancelled my air with DCL (booked through Southwest) and added the Orlando Hyatt and transportation from port to mco. Now we just have to pay a few days before Jan 20th so I can book our excursions and Palo. I am really getting excited now.

Yogibigdog where are you Waiting for some pictures and a review!

Call your TA. I could swear on our 2005 cruise, the TA never mailed it to me and I received it when I went in to pay my cruise in full. This time the agent mailed it right out to me.

Hi everyone. Well, we were supposed to head down to jersey today, but are snowed in. I figured it woud be a good time to look for airfare, and it was.

Bought today: American Airlines, Laguardia to Orlando Non-stop, round trip

$175.00 per person

Flying down Friday, the 18th @ 9:10am
Flying home Sat., the 26th @ 12:40pm

So happy that is taken care of.
