Wow I can belive it is only a few days away. Can wait to visit castaway cay for the first time and chill out at the beach and spend some time with my cousin and have some girl time I am so excited,lol, I feel like a little kid. Still keeping my fingers crossed I can get two brunch spots at Palo's.

I am so excited and relieved! We finally got our tickets in the mail today!

It should be so much fun! The pollen in Atlanta has a golden haze covering everything - cars, people, houses! I am looking forward to some clean, fresh air! DS and DD are both home sick today I am hoping it is a 24 hour bug and have instructed both to spray lysol EVERYWHERE!

Down to a few hundred lists to check off and we'll be on our way!

Glad to hear your tickets finally got there Hope your DS and DD are feeling better soon! Maybe it is allergies? It is crazy here too near Huntsville, yellow pollen everywhere! I have been running around crazy trying to get ready,lol.

How are the children? I hope they are feeling better today. Hope your list is getting checked off. I am playing on here when I should be doing laundry and checking things off my list,lol. This is an adictive place.


Well I do not know about you all, but I am so excited I am about to burst. I was able to get Palo's brunch. I am so happy. Castaway cay here we come

Hi.. We just got back from the wonder ... the thirsday before easter... everything was great and weather beautiful... you do not need any bug spray.. even on castaway.. no bugs .. but i did forget aloe.. sun was strong yet we had great sunblock and used it every 2-3 hrs on my son.. 6... We did pressed pennys at disney... but lots of small things at cc and on ship to get.. do not buy bucket/pail on island... if you use oceanliner club on island.. very well protected and far from beach.. so kids have there own spot.. they have bucket for kids to play while they are in that club area...but also check more of island as my husband and I went farther by stingway area.. played some pool and some ping pong/foose ball on island... maybe my son played with buckets for 1 hr ... and now we hve them with all the other buckets at home... i guess we will use them as we live near the jersey shore... get to cookis bbq early as the wait in line is forever... and we did find it great to get off ship earl y around 9 am after breakdast.. as we were able to get some spot by water.. beach gets crowded on cc...and also they take some cute pics on island with characters.. too bad we didn't get more done ... have fun

We had a fabulous time too! Got lots of great photos from the boat and took a lot too. I keep looking at my pictures and reliving the experience. Showing my pictures to all who will look. The time went so fast and we were totally exhausted when we got off the boat.

Did you go to the Golden Mickey's? My two girls were the first to be interviewed. It was awesome and they were so excited. Then at the Pirate party, my oldest got on the big screen too. So much fun.

Anyone else have fun?

i'm so new to posting as you can see... i was actually posting to the question about pressed pennies and bug spray and it ended up on this thread...any way.. i did see the golden mickeys but the early show... isaw all 3 shows and just loved them all... my hubby/son saw golden and dreams(after i forced them)... and they really liked them... it was very clever how they interviewed people like the real thing!!! i really miss the ship and just think it's a great way to se another part of disney.. i just wish a few changes... but as with everything else.. live and learn... i will know more for our next cruise... especially where to stay.. it's hard to figure out some things... i like having a visual in my head and now i have a great memory of our trip... my son 6 is still telling everyone about the ship and just loves all pirate stuff... it was a great party.. just wished a little earlier...we were at disney before the cruise... had a great plan... but my hubby was like a kid and just killed me with doing it all!!!!and i even warned him before the trip that we just needed to see things at a nice pace... well at least the cruise was RELAXING!!!! ... well when my son was in oceanliners club at times... the pool time was busy.. but we are used to that ...
