Welcome to our other new commers! Only a little over two months to go until we cruise!

Who would be interested in doing a meet and greet on board?

WOO FLIPPIN HOO! We are at FIFTY NINE DAYS!! So it's MEET UP TIME! Since I'm on two different 'boards' with cruise threads about this cruise and the meet up was already decided on the other board (today) I"m posting it here........... (it's easier than creating two!!). The more the merrier!!!!

Currently it is planned for:
April 20th (2nd day at sea)
2pm At the promenade lounge
- Kids are welcome
Plan to set up a table just for them

Rumor has it pin trading may be happening so feel free to bring your pins!!

Also according to past navigators there maybe a Disney trivia game starting at 2:45pm so bring active brain cells as well- just in case!!

The FE groups have been officially closed! We have a total of 29 families comprising of 102 people. We already had one subgroup closed and have subdivided the 2nd group into two as well. The result: the Fantasy, Dream and Wonder groups (see what I did there). Each list has a nifty counter to show the number of families, males / females and age ranges in the group. On the master page you will find the group(s) you are a part of. A member that is in a colored background indicates they are on more than one group. This is helpful if you are also on more than one group so you don’t double count them.

To make things easy, I also have a PDF version of the groups. I have posted them here, but may need to remove them in the future if they violate any DISboard rules. We also decided at the last second to add a column to list children’s favorite characters. Please feel free to comment here to message/email me to add them for your family if needed.

We are still going to have a LOST BOYS group for any last second add-ons. If you would like to join that list, drop me a message and I will add you. Any extra pixie dust their way would also be appreciated!

Hello, this is the first time utilizing this board. We can't wait for the cruise. It will by myself, DH, DD (12) and DS (10). This will be our second cruise. We were on the Wonder 2 years ago. We are very excited. Disneyfool_1202 we are from MA also and this snow is out of control, so done with it all. Can't wait for some sun, sand and Mickey!!

So Hello fellow cruisers! My name is Denise, and with me will be John (DH) and our 2 children (DS - 10) and DD (9).
This is DCL #5 for us- we were on the inauguration cruise for the Magic, sailed the Wonder x2, and the Dream x1. LOVED the itinerary for the Magic vs. the Fantasy for our April vacation for 2015 so we'll "se ya' real soon!!'

I'm going to TRY MY BEST to keep track of all who join this thread. Please do NOT assume that I will find you somewhere in this thread and just add you! I don't get on the boards as much as I used to, so it does take me a while to update the list. Hello smith2boys. I will send you a PM with all the details, but the main FE lists closed last week at the 60-day mark at the request of those on the FE. We will put together a lost boys list for those joining late. We are also asking those who have extra pixie dust to pass it along to those who joined late (I have it posted above dated 2/18).

Well darn, sorry we missed the deadline. I have been trying to figure out how to get signed up for weeks! I was looking on the DCL website and FB pages. Thank you for adding us to the lost boys list, does that mean we still get to participate with that group? I know of two girls that want to join in also. Their parents are our friends that will be with us on the cruise. I will have her join this blog (or whatever this is lol!, this is my first time to ever be on a "blog" and it's a little confusing ). Do I need to try to send you a private message or start following you somehow? Thank you for your patience and help!

Listen up all DIS-cruisers - here is the OFFICIAL word on our cruise meet:

Julie Cave, one of our shipmates, has also organized a group meet for those interested. The meet will be April 20th (1st FULL day at sea) at 2pm at the Promenade Lounge. Kids are welcome - there is a plan to set up a table just for them. Anyone wanted to bring pins for possible trading (or bragging) is encouraged as well.

That's not all! Julie is also hosting a $15 "Door Prize" to cabin with the best door. There are some basic rules:
-Can't vote for your own door.
-Votes can be dropped off at room 5513 in Julie's fish extender by April 24th 9pm. (pirate night)
- Gift card will be given to the cabin with most votes
- Don't have to decorate your door to vote
Julie's room is on the 5th floor so dropping votes off before dinner or after dropping the kids off at the kids club should be easy. The cabin with the most votes will receive a $15 Disney gift card.. Good at Disney world, Disneyland, Disney Cruise, Disney Store, and disneystore .com

My family (husband Noah and Summer 10 and Jett 7) will be on this cruise as well. We are so excited for this cruise, it will be our second disney cruise. We are coming down from boston to enjoy spring break, can't wait! I was doing research and just discovered fish extenders. I would love to join this list, I think the kids will really love this. Can anyone offer any info on how we join?
