Also, guests whose luggage is transported directly to the resort by truck should be aware that Disney tips Bell Services for its delivery to the room.

Yes, I did, and DH also went to the front desk and talked to the manager the next morning. This man came to our room at 11:00 at night and was so nice to us and cheerful, he didn't seem bothered at all to be called away from whatever he was doing to tear apart a sink drain and dig out an earring. He chatted with our 3-yo who wanted to watch him work. It was at ASMo back in 2004, and I still remember it.
