Apple TV at Disney hotel

I would love to be able to stream the movies on my ipad through my apple TV to the hotel TV screen, is that possible Has anyone done this?

Less trouble would just be to hook your iPad up to the TV using an HDMI adapter and cable.

I'm pretty sure the only way to watch something from iTunes (like TV shows and movies) is through Apple TV. It's kind of the point of it's existence. I've tried using an adapter and HDMI cable to play my movies from my MacBook Pro onto my TV but it didn't work.

If you want to bring your Apple TV, you should be able to hook it up as long as there's an HDMI outlet. The only issue I can see is slow wifi which might be common at night.

I think that was OP's real question - do the Disney TV sets have HDMI connections people can access? I tried bringing my Apple TV to a Westin I stay at in the Caribbean and had no luck.

I play iTunes purchased content through a Lightning to HDMI adapter all the time.

Edit: OP, my tv at ASMu this week had an accessible HDMI port but I didn't try using it.

The issue will be your wifi. The TV's have the HDMI but the wifi is a total joke.
