Apple Stroller Rentals???

We are looking to rent a stroller in Orlando, and Apple seems to have the best deal. (Has anyone else seen a better deal than $37 picked up...not delivered...we don't need delivery.)

I have heard both good and bad reviews. Anyone care to tell me your thoughts? We would be renting the City Mini Single.

We used apple last yr in may and it was an ok experience. We had it delivered though and it was there and clean. We had two doubles. No issues really. Only reason I say ok is because we ended up dropping a day but they said they couldn't refund the insurance part. No biggie. Lesson learned.

We rented last year from them and I will go back with Magic Strollers. I had requested a rain cover. It was not delivered with the stroller so I called. They brought one later that day, but it was a generic double stroller cover, did not fit well. I like to keep the stroller covered when on rides or if it rains and that is an important part to me! The generic cover was useless.

We rented from them in Dec and it was fine. However, the stroller wasn't in quite the same condition as those we have previously rented from Kingdom and Magic rentals. Also, there have been reports of posters having their rental cancelled at the last minute which is just terrible. For that reason, we will choose another company next time!

We rented from Apple in December, it was fine. On time, no issues at all.

We rented from Orlando the year before. Good customer service, no issues at all.

The stroller from Orlando was in better shape than the stroller from Apple. Orlando included a little drink cooler and a rain cover. Also simple things like the fabric was a bit frayed on Apple's stroller. However, Apple's stroller was only $65, and the Orlando stroller was $125. I'll cope with some minor fraying to save 60 bucks, you know?

We used Apple on our trip and I had no issues. It was dropped off and picked up. I would use them again.

We used Apple in December and will be using them again in April. No problems, the stroller looked great, no tears, stains or issues.

We used them last week...the stroller was in alright shape, but the wheel lock kept locking on it's own. It aggravated me the whole time and I should have asked for a new one. I probably will try another company next time.
