We rented an ECV from Apple Scooters during our recent stay at Boardwalk Inn in Disney World. The ECV was there when we arrived, as promised, was clean, powerful, big enough for my 6-4 hubby, and the battery was hardly used each day! Friends of ours rented from another company (as Apple Scooters had none available by the time they decided to rent one) and theirs was much smaller, and the battery ran low each day by mid day! We actually had to push them one day! We couldn't more highly recommend using Apple Scooters to anyone needing to rent an ECV. They are a great company to deal with and their prices are the best!
