Appetizers at Akerhaus on the dining plan?

We last were on the dining plan when appetizers were included. Does anyone know if the appetizer bar is still included with dinner at Akerhaus or would it need to be purchased in addition to the dining plan?

The cold-bar buffet at Akershus is considered the first course of your all-you-can-eat dinner and is absolutely included in the price/credit for the entire meal.
