I'm very excited. I got a letter yesterday from my school that said due to my high academic achievement, I made it into Phi Eta Sigma, a national honor society. I didn't even know about it until I got the letter! Apparently there's going to be an induction ceremony during parent's weekend in October and everything. This is extra special for me cause I never really did anything that my brother's hadn't done before me. I have 2 older brothers and we went to a small high school, so everyone does the same stuff. By my turn it was old news. I'm very happy!

My brother has the brains in the family...he was in that too (but I think it was Phi Beta Sigma...I forget...but this was college level...in High school it was just called NHS - national honor society...he was in that too)

anyway - we joked that when he graduated he's look like a girl scout...because he had all these pins/sashes/cords on. heheh

he did too!
