I renewed our AP and they sent us the Bright green vouchers???? Does that mean we have to go and get our tickets again? Is there any where else except the entrance to the parks to do that??? I don't see why our last years AP's are not keep activated.

Yes, you will need to exchange your vouchers for new APs. If you look on the back of the APs, you'll see they have an expiration date, so you couldn't just keep the old ones and have them work for another year.

You can exchange/activate vouchers at the parks, at Downtown Disney (Guest Services) and (if you're driving to Disney) I think at the Ocala Welcome Center, I know I renewed my AP there, but I didn't have a voucher.
