My Mom may come up for a couple of days when we are there. Can I book her a room umder my name (DH, DD, DN and myself all have AP's) or should I book under DH's name? She will be coming in the middle of our trip when we are already checked in. TIA

Thank You for your response I am the lead. DH could do it but we were now thinking to just have her stay in our room (we have 4 in a deluxe room at BC) she is only staying 2 nights do we have to pay the extra 25.00 for the entire stay or just the nights she will be there?

You should only have to pay the extra $25 for the nights she's in the room. Be sure to request a room with a daybed since there will be 5 in the room when she stays with you.
