AP vs DVC vs TIW discounts

a few years ago I ran across a nice .pdf comparing the 3 discounts at dining locations. For the life of me I don’t know where I found it, or if even exists any more. Any help would be magical.

This website and app also does it: http://www.mouseperks.com/. They are pretty up to date but I've found once or twice when it wasn't right. I put the app. on my phone when I'm at WDW. Whether some place takes the discounts doesn't factor in whether I go there or not but it's nice to know in advance if I'm going to get some kind of one. I have an AP and TIW.
