How long did it take for you to receive your AP voucher after you ordered through MS? I ordered over a month ago and haven't received it yet. Wondering if I should call them again and see what's up or if it is common that it takes awhile.
 
I would call tomorrow. I ordered mine two weeks ago and received it after 1 week.
 
We ordered ours online last July and received it in about 10 days. If its been longer than 3 weeks I would definitely give them a call to check on it.
 
Does this mean that if we buy an AP we are sent a voucher to be redeemed at the park ticket booth?

If that is so, when does the year on an AP begin? Is it the date the voucher is bought or the date it is redeemed?

Sorry to be a bit dense - just trying to get my head around how these things work.

Yes, you are sent a voucher that is redeemed at the customer service booth outside the park entrances or at DTD. The ticket does not start counting down until the day you activate the ticket.
 
I ordered two on March 23rd...they came yesterday.

I would definitely give them a call.

If you didn't specifically ask for a voucher to be mailed to you (it costs an extra $3), then MS probably gave you the "Will Call" option. If so, you should have a confirmation number of some type to give the Guest Relations CM when you go to pick up the actual pass.

Either way - voucher or Will Call, your year of admission starts when you pick up the actual pass from Guest Relations.

I think you should call and find out what you have. MS may direct you to call Ticket Services - if so, the MS CM should give you the number or transfer you. I don't know if Ticket Services is open on the weekends.
 
I am also a little dense on this subject. Our AP's are due to expire on June 23rd. Can I purchase the discounted ticket and not redeem it until our October trip? Will the new date then be October?:confused3

No, renewals are backdated to the expiration date of the original pass. You would need a new AP.
