AP voucher, split stay (2 bands), and FB+

Forgive me if this has already been asked, but I am nervous now.

We used MB and FP+ in October for when we got married at Disney. We got one set for our night at AoA, then another for our BLT stay. After that, they worked for the days that we stayed at the Dolphin. We had linked our existing APs on them and all was well with FP+ (can't say the same for the rest of the use of MBs).

For this trip, we let our APs expire in order to use the APs they gave us with our wedding package. Right now, we have linked our vouchers to our accounts and have made our FP+ selections. The kicker: we have another split stay.

What is the process for when you exchange your AP voucher for the actual AP? Do they apply it to you MDE account? How do they do that? Via MB? What happens when we have 2 MBs a trip? I know I can decline the second set, but like the colors better for the second set

How does the process work? And will we lose our FP+ selections when we exchange our vouchers for APs?

Nothing happens when you have 2 bands in a trip. They're both supposed to work the same way and you can use them interchangeably. You should even be able to use the bands you got in October if you wish to.

My initial panic clouded my thinking. We had 2 bands in Oct, so I know it will be alright in that regard. As long as they don't link it to one band in particular, but I guess it really doesn't work like that, when I think about it.

Now I'm just concerned with losing our FP+ when we exchange the vouchers for APs.
