AP Voucher - Parking Question

I have an AP voucher, and am planning to drive straight from the airport to one of the parks when I arrive. Will I have to exchange my voucher for an actual AP in order to have free parking, or will they let me park with just the voucher?

When we drove in novemeber, i had lost my ap voucher and needed to get in replaced. I just told the guard and there was no problem. YOu should be fine to just show them the voucher and then exchange it for the actual AP

You should have to pay at the gate. When you go to the ticket window to get your AP bring the parking receipt and they will refund your money.

Both of the above answers are correct. It will really depend on the CM you get at the parking booth.

They have every right to charge you the parking fee as the free parking perk only extends to an active AP, not a voucher. As safetymom said, pay the money and bring the receipt to the Guest Relations booth when you activate. They will refund the money.

OTOH, you may encounter a sympathetic CM who will just wave you through. So be prepared for either eventuality.
