AP voucher Activation

We are arriving at the CBR Saturday at around 7:00 pm. I have AP vouchers that need to be activated. We plan on going to the MK on Sunday morning for the early entry. I want to be able to get right into the park as soon as it opens.
Are the ticket windows opened before the park opens on an early entry day? If so how early? Should I go to a park Saturday night and activate them? Does everyone In your party have to be present when they are activated?

We activated our tickets at guest relations at Downtown Disney. It was very quick. I am not sure how late they are open ut it was very nice to get it done and not have to waste any EE time. Everyone was with me but I was the only one that interacted with the CM. I showed my license and she needed everyone's birhtdate.

We activated our APs in December at MK. EE was at 7am. We got there about 7:15 and it only took a few minutes to activate.

By the way, there was no one in line.
