AP Usage Advice

We bought annual passes for our trip last year, planning to use them again this year before they expired. My boyfriend is starting school, though, and he won't get any time off after August 29th except Thanksgiving and Labor Day.

It looks like my WDW choices for the year are either a longer trip in July or August, or a quick three day weekend in October. I haven't been to WDW during summer in years, but we did go to DL one year in June and the crowds and heat were pretty intense. When were we at WDW in October, on the other hand, about 5 of the 7 days were surprisingly crowded, so maybe there's not as much of a difference between summer crowds and fall crowds as there used to be?

So given those two time frames, which would you choose? More time with the heat and crowds of the summer, or less time in the off season?

October is starting to be more crowded - but still not as bad at the summer. Myself - I'd go in October.

But you know, on the other hand - August might not be too bad. Alot of schools are starting back earlier now. Ours starts August 1st - so that might make the crowds bearable. Maybe August ? ? ?

I'd go for the longer trip and get the most out of your AP's. In fact, I'd always go for the longer trip to WDW!

I HATE HATE HATE it when it's HOT & Humid out. If the temp. goes above 85 I'm really not a "happy" person. I have gone to WDW in Aug. Vowed I would never do it again. To Dang HOT but... I would definately go again if it's the only time I had to go for a longer trip. I would put up w/ the hot for a nice long trip in WDW. It's about the only thing that can make my BIG butt go out in the heat and have FUN!!!
