AP upgrade question

What does it cost to upgrade a 5 day park hopper with no days used to a deluxe AP?

Well, that I understood, even if you went the first day and wanted to upgrade, just go to to the AP processing center (in Space Mountain's building in Tomorrowland) and you can get that done. But to be sure, I think you should ask someone at the Ticket booths when you get there, for I am not sure if you could somehow return for refund and re-purchase? Someone here is bound to know! lol

You would only have to pay the difference between the Deluxe AP and the face value of the parkhopper. Even if you used all the days, you could upgrade on your last day of use at the AP area near the exit of Space Mountain. The Deluxe AP is now $209 Sometimes it's better to use the parkhopper and upgrade on the last day especially if the days are considered "blockout" days on the schedule. To enter during a blockout day has gone up to $30 with the AP.

As long as the ticket you want to upgrade is still valid you can upgrade to a higher cost pass by paying the difference in cost.

thanks everyone for the replies, now I just have to think about whether it's worth it or not . I have an AP and my DH has the PH, chances are we won't be back within the year, but for $40 it would be a upsetting if we did come back and had to by another PH.
