AP upgrade at DCA?

Once upon a time I heard that you could upgrade your parkhopper to an AP at guest relations in DCA. Does anyone know if this is still true? TIA!

Worked for me.
In either park, or at a ticket booth. If you do it at a tickey booth you still need to go to a AP processing center in either park. It's in DL on main street at the end on the left. In DCA it's in the middle of Greetings from California, which is on the left of the entrance street. Though since this building at some point will be in rehab, it may move or dissapear from DCA for a while. But as of now it's still in Greetings.

..umm guest relations is still up and running.. they have not moved it at either park

Thanks guys! I thought I would try the one in DCA. Last time we got an AP the AP office was always so busy, I thought I would avoid it if possible.

We did ours at DCA in July. Yes, much shorter line, we were the only ones there. At the time, it was in the shop just inside the park, on the left.
