AP site sign in?

Having trouble with new exchange certificate will not allow me to sign in. Keeps saying invalid? You are supposed to be allowed to sign in, if they are not activated yet, right? Thanks, mky:smickey

Try entering everything then just the last 2 or 3 (try both ) of the TR # not all of them

Make sure you include your name. It's funny like that.

I had trouble logging in with an activated AP. Disney e-mailed me back and told me to delete the cookies and the temporary files(both on line and off). It worked for me. You find this area by going to the "start" menu and clicking on Internet Properties.

tmt martins you where right. the tr # worked with only 2 digits not the 4 on it.

My, oh my...it worked! I called the ticket office about this very issue today and they told me that it would not work until the pass was activated.
I only had to enter that last digit-I moved numbers around until I figured out that the TR had 3 of the ###'s behind it and that I probably only had to enter the last number.
