AP show during dinner?

We recently sailed a 4-nt cruise on the Dream and there was no animated show during dinner in AP. I was told it’s only done on “longer” cruises. We did have the show in Dec when we sailed 5 nights on the Magic. I don’t really consider a 5 night cruise to be a “longer” cruise but ok.
My question is, has anyone sailed a 5-night cruise on the Dream lately? Did they offer the animated show?
Just curious for my niece and her family sailing in December.

The only “show” on the Disney Dream is the Turtle Talk with Crush dinner.

The Animation Magic show is only on the Fantasy, Wonder and Magic on cruises 6 nights or longer.

It is not known for the moment if Dream has the technology for the Animation Magic show in AP. She has never sailed a 6+ nights cruise and they only do it if everyone on the ship has the possibility to go twice to AP, hence the 6+ nights requirement. On Magic, did you have the ‘draw your character‘ show or the one where they walk out Mickey in his Fantasia outfit ? If you draw your character, it’s a new thing for DCL.

I just went through my old pics. We definitely had the Draw Your Character show on a 5-night on the Magic. Maybe because it was so soon after restarting, and there was very limited character interactions.

The Disney Magic always shows the Animation Magic show. I sailed 3-nights on the Magic last October and they had the show. I don't think the Dream ever shows it.

Our drawings were returned on the Fantasy in august.
