AP room discounts - what happened

There was an AP rate that was good starting 1-1-09, that was good just last week. Now it disappeared from the AP site and the New AP rate starts 1-2-09 with a new rate code.

Anyone know if I can still get the rate that starts 1 day earlier?

I hope so. I know its only 1 day difference but I hate paying more when I know I could have paid less.

I'm kicking myself for not reserving rooms when I had the chance.

the only place that it starts on the 1st is Saratoga Springs. The other resort have always been the 2nd.

Aww shoot, I must have misread it. At least I feel better about not missing out.

Just yesterday I was pulling up resorts from 1/1 on even though it says different. I came up with Sports, all mods (I think) and some deluxes.

Edited to add: I just tried it (11:15 EST) and came up with the following standard rooms for 1/1 - 1/7: Sports ($49), CBR($89), POR($89), Cabins($169). Other places came up as well, but higer level rooms. Try it and see if you can find what you are looking for.

You are right. I just did Riverside starting on 1/1 and it was 89.00

What I don't understand is why they haven't changed the blockout dates for the Florida Seasonal Passholder ? I can book a room but can't enter the park? That makes no sense....they really should move the date, I know its only one day, but I would book a weekend trip if they did
