Hello!

I'm planning 22 days :goodvibes in June and staying at the same resort. We don't have our annual passes yet. I wanted to know if there is a limit of days that I can apply an AP room discount for?

I don't know if this applies to all passholder offers, but for the current offer, right on the page for searching availability it says:

Passholders can take advantage of great rates on hotel rooms at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels for stays most nights October 3 to December 24, 2011. The maximum stay for this offer is 14 nights. No group rates or other discounts apply.

Thank you that helps! Just trying to get the big picture. I booked the royal room in POR so I 'm not even sure if a discount will be available for it.

Do you have to have your AP validated to get on the site for passholders? I don't want to validate ours till we get there but I wanna get on the passholder site.

Unfortunately, you have to have an actual AP and not a voucher to be able to access the passholder site.

You can still book the AP discount rooms though. The booking codes are listed and updated on mousesavers.com and you can use those to call and make your reservations.

That is not accurate, actually. I was able to register my AP voucher, over the phone with a CM. I was told it couldn't be done but then I asked for a supervisor, was put on hold, and the CM came back on the line and registered my voucher.

It was a process and took some time to do it, and I actually had to call the Tech support line, and not regular customer service. But with some patience, insistance, and time, you can register your AP voucher. You will have to have your AP validated (get the real one) so they can give you the special prices once you get there, but you can book a room under the AP rate, even if you don't gave the AP yet.

I've moved this thread to the Disney Discount Codes and Rates board. :)

This coming December with my Annual Pass I got 40% a Standard Club Level Room at the Boardwalk Inn which is for the maximum 14 nights from 12/08/11 - 12/22/11.

You can access the passholder's site with a voucher, no problem. You don't activate your AP and start the clock running until you exchange your voucher at Disney.

Remember as well that the 14 day limit is per reservation. If you want to stay longer than 14 days, just make serial reservations.

Yep, if you're staying more than 14 nights, just book two reservations and have them connected together in the system. Also, request the same room for both reservations, so you don't have to change rooms when the first reservation ends. It's always a possibility that you'll have to change rooms, but they try very hard to make sure that doesn't happen.

This wasn't a connected reservation but earlier this month on September 1st when my family and I switched from the Beach Club back to the Boardwalk Inn where we were previously staying from 08/17/11 - 08/31/11, we got the exact same room we previously checked out of one day earlier. The Cast Member at the Beach Club saw we had stayed in one of their Deluxe Rooms and said we would get the same room category, then as we left she said we got the exact same room and it was confirmed when we arrived back at the Boardwalk Inn. Plus we were also lucky that no one else had checked-in to it after we had originally left.

I accessed the passholder site with my voucher.
