Not sure, but can I use Disney Reward Dollars towards the purchase of a DVC annual pass renewal? I have always either paid cash or put it on the Disney Visa card.

Yes, you can use a Disney Rewards Visa Redemption Card when purchasing/renewing an Annual Pass. The WDW Ticketing Department has given DVC MS limited access to the ticketing system, so DVC can only accept a max of 3 forms of payment per transaction.
