AP rates for January and March?

Just back from our family trip and now planning a cheap and quick getaway for just hubby and I (taking advantage of our APs and $200 flight credit). I am considering either January 18 - 21 (this would be for my 40th birthday) or March for warmer weather. I can't get any AP rates to come up for any of the hotels on the Loews website. I'm not surprised about March, but I would have thought Jan. would be out already. Does anyone know when they may be released?
As an aside (I'll probably post a separate question at some point), does anyone have an opinion of which month you would pick and why?

I know for Disney (as I've been looking for March too) that March is peak season, so January might be better as it is value season (price wise) and possibly more crowded in March due to spring break.

Yes, I was thinking that too, but my friend told me that, because both Easter and Passover are in April this year, that April would be the big Spring Break month?

The AP rates for Jan. may not come out until DEC. Lately, those rates have been released about 1 month before each successive(sp?). AAA rates have been out for as late as May for about 1 month. Book your room now and then you can change the rate later once the AP rates are released. I did that and ended up for May 27-29 with 319.20 for PBH club level. The regular rate is 399.00. When Ap rates are released if they beat my current rate I'll call and change it.
