AP rates for December?

I am trying to plan a 3 day cruise in December and then a 4 or 5 night stay at WDW when we return from cruising.
I have an annual pass, so do not want to do the land/sea cruise package. I was trying to look up AP rates for this past Dec. on resorts, but all I could find was what percentages were offered.
Does anyone have or know where to find the actual $$ amts. that were paid for resorts this past Dec? I know I am not guaranteed this same discount this coming Dec. , but I can hope.

I dont know where you can find a list of all the rates but I can tell you we got the Poly for 189.55 from 12/24-12/29 with an AP rate.

We stayed at the WL Dec.6-13 last year. Our courtyard view room was $156 per night, which included tax. This was with the AP discount.

I believe the room rates DebbieB shows are without tax.

When do they usually come out for December...September? I just can't remember.

I believe they came out some time over Labor Day weekend last year. We arrived home from our trip on that Sunday, and by midday I noticed they had been released.

I am probably going to go ahead and book our 2 rooms, hoping that when any AP rates are released for Dec. that my price can be adjusted. I was told that it could on the phone by the CM at WDW reservations.
Has anyone ever done this and did you have any problems getting the adjusted price?
