to access the Passholder site, you must currently have a pass. Your ID# is what you plug in to access the site.
If you currently have an AP, you go to the WDW site and click on "Passholders" in the top, right.

I would just call!
I know it's so frustrating when you know you've entered the info correctly and it says "invalid". Make sure you close the browser before trying again. Also, make sure you don't have that box checked at the bottom of the sign-in screen (the one that says 'remember this #')
