AP rate application

Hi! I am going to be traveling to AKL for a room only January 5th. I am an annual passholder. Unfortunately at the time I booked (which was late! ) there were no AP rates for savannah view rooms, so I payed full price. As of now there are still no AP rates open. I know cancellation/ change policy is for 6 days out from the reservation. My question is... Is there a possibility a room at this level with an AP rate can open up within 6 days out? and If it is the same level room I have.. but just with an AP discount.. will I have a penalty charge?

I'd keep calling. Every time I've tried to make an AP reservation, I've been told that there were none available several times before finally getting what I want.

Same thing happened to me too. I had to keep trying and finally got what I wanted for the week after you are going.
