AP Questions - Meal Plans & Hotels

Hello!

I am planning an upcoming trip in April/May 2018, taking my 4-year old with me for this trip. I am considering getting an AP for myself because I go to Orlando several times a year and it would make sense for me. For the trip with my 4-yo, I am interested in a package that would include park hopper, meal plan and photopass.

How do i figure out the cost for this trip with AP purchase? Specifically,

• are there AP discounts on Disney hotel (one of the value resorts) and how do i find this out?
• if I purchase dining plan, is there a discount for my meal plan?
• can i do this all online or do i need to call customer service to help me?
• are there AP discounts for packages?

i have priced the vacation without AP, but I want to figure out the cost with the added AP for myself and I am struggling with that right now! Any help is greatly appreciated! i hope this all makes sense!

There are annual pass discounts for hotels, which might be as little as 10% for a value resort. You can find out if the resort that you want for the dates of your trip have any AP discounts by calling reservations.
There are no discounts for the dining plan. You can add a dining plan to your room by calling resort reservations. You can't do it online. If you have a package then everyone in the room has to have the same tickets. But if you get a room only reservation you don't have to have the same type of tickets. There aren't any AP discounts for packages. It is only for the resort room.

The are AP discounts for select restaurants, merchandise purchases at select locations, and some tours.
