AP Questions and current room discounts

I read online that the cast member can get discounted AP. We are Florida residents-does anyone know the cost? We are set to renew ours in March and wondering if the renewal discount is better.

Also wondering what are current discounts on rooms? Hoping for one for our March and May trip.

The current cast discounted prices for FL resident APs are as follows:
Florida Resident Weekday Select Pass $ 248.26
Florida Resident Silver Pass $ 372.86
Florida Resident Gold Pass $ 526.22
Florida Resident Platinum Pass $ 622.07
Florida Resident Platinum Plus Pass $ 698.75

They can be purchased at Company D or through the Cast Admissions phone line only. The cast member must show their cast ID (or give their perner number over the phone) and use a method of payment belonging to them - no paying with someone else's credit card. The monthly payment plan can't be used since the passes are issued as certificates. The certificates must be activated at a ticket window or Guest Relations by the people who will use the passes, and for the FL passes, those people must show FL ID or proof of FL residency (unless they're under 18, and then a parent/guardian needs to).

I don't know about the room discounts since that link on the Hub hasn't worked for me in ages.
