AP Question

Sorry guys so many questions, I'm fairly new to this so here goes. I was reading the posts about the AP I think it would be good for at least myself to get one because although we plan on going in September 2004, we are going next year in June probably. I hear the AP discounts are really great. However, I am noticing in mousaver's history there have been no AP discounts for the week we are going in September. Why is that?

My second question is..if they do not have AP codes for September would it still be worth my while for next June? Additionally IF they have the codes for September do I have to already purchase the AP pass before I book? (or switch in my case).

You guys seem to be pros at this...any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

You don't have to have the AP when you book. You will need your voucher or pass when you check in.

The AP is still a very good value if you plan on going more than 8 days to the parks.

The AP is designed for unlimited park admissions with room discounts as a benefit when Disney decides to offer them.

I would say it would be a great benefit just because of the park use. Plus just because you may not get a room discount in Sept and you get one in June, not only are you saving by not having to purchase tickets again but then on the room as well.

Plus there is discounts on other recreation such as parasialing and some of the tours that are offered.

What I did before I decided on purchasing one is I ran down two vacations with no annual pass an no discounts, what it would run if I purchased tickets each time and paid rack. Then I did the same and this time just used the annual pass and applied the discounts, a huge difference, especially in the second year where a ticket purchase wasn't needed!
