Can you purchase a Francilien or Fantasy Pass on a Blockout day and use it for park entry that day ?

I know that the sensible answer seems No, I'm sure it's a question that's came up before and the answer was Yes, but I can't find the thread with the search facility.

I've booked Sky tickets for the 31st October, mum in law has said I can use her account so could get tickets for 30th October too, it would be good if I could buy passes on the 1st November as flight home will be late pm, so we could have a day in the park but it's a blockout date.

You can and Thorsten did in Jan using a AP Découverte if I remember right

He even got round the 2nd and 3rd day restriction as he was staying in a Disney hotel
