AP Question

I'm thinking of getting annual passes. Originally I had planned to get the Power Passes for all 4 of us. Strangely, it was actually $5 cheaper to do the monthly billing vs. pay all up front. My question is, they say they will renew into the next year unless we write and tell them not to. Is this also $99?
Also if I get only 1 PAP (and 3 power passes) to get hotel discounts, do I have to activate it 1st or just show my voucher upon checkin?
I'd really like to wait to see if I can get a great APH rate first to justify the extra $ for PAP.

Be cautious the Power Passes have black out dates that you can't use them. If you DO purchase the Preferred AP, you can book an AP rate and show the voucher and tell them you just bought it and you are on your way to the parks to pick them/it up (We just did that in Feb....had no problems). I can't help you with a renewing question...we just picked our AP's up this year! (Someone else will know)..... You only need 1 AP to get your hotel discounts....not everyone in your party needs an AP for that.

Thanks! I did check the blackout dates and they are in the peak times of summer and holidays which we would never do anyway. Now I really can't wait! I should be this excited over our Williamsburg trip this summer but I'm just not feeling it. Lol!

yes, renewals on PAP are $99 but you have to renew before they expire to get that rate. you should get a notice 30 days out when they are to expire.
