I ordered our new AP's with the DVC discount online on January 3rd. I received my email thanking me for my purchase and was told that they would arrive in the mail shortly.
Well, it is now January 22nd and have had not seen anything from them regarding my passes so I decided to call and it was a good thing that I did.
I was told that when the passes were first made available online, the system did not request your DVC membership number and because I ordered early they did not have it in their systems and they would not send them out until they had it. Now here is the kicker, they never called or inquired me regarding my DVC number and if I hadn't called, who knows when they would have got around to me.
So, if you ordered early and have not received your vouchers yet, you might want to give Disney ticketing a call to provide your DVC member number.
The number that I called to do this was 407-566-4985
