It's three hours before we leave...I ask DH if he has his AP. He says yes. Knowing him fairly well after 32 years, I say please show it to me. He opens the little folder--it's empty. OK, before I panic, I ask "Where's the copy you made of the back?" Hmmm...what copy?

Can guest services replace a lost pass for him as long as he has some ID which proves who he has and where he lives?

Thanks for any help you can give me! I'm in last minute packing frenzy, and can't deal with any more difficulties!

As long as it's an activated AP, a driver's license should get you a new AP. If it's a brand new one, you'll at least need a receipt, and some pixie dust.

My DH has done this twice - most recently a week and a half ago as we were getting off the monorail to enter MK - everybody's AP was there but his! I think he forgets it in the FP machine......just go to Guest Services and have him show his driver's license - they will issue a new one right there. Have a great time! :goodvibes

Thank you! It's activated (and well used, just totally missing). I guess this means that he can go with me after all. I was just getting ready to call a good divorce lawyer! You don't mess with my "Disney fix"!

Nah - your DH at least kept his for more than a day. I handed mine to my DH to get fast passes with at the MK and he left it in the FP machine (as far as we could guess). Anyway he promptly lost my very first AP in less than 24 hours after I'd gotten it. I went to Guest Services at the MK with my driver's license and they replaced it within a minute or two.

I asked the CM if that was a record and he laughed. He said one woman lost her AP right after he issued it to her - by the time she had walked over to the gate where you insert your ticket. :earboy2:

It happens all the time! Don't worry...

It takes about a minute to find it, unless you've had a few AP's in the past, it may take a minute to find the most recent :).

DH lost our APs twice, once in the Fast pass machine and once he left it in the hotel safe (duh... what good is that?) So now I hold the APs.

I just took his bank card, his passport, and all his other important stuff and put it in my bag...also his extra glasses (lost his only pair on the first afternoon of our trip last May, and he's as blind as can be without them). I'll be out of here in ten minutes. I have all the reservation information and confirmations. I don't think it would be a good idea for him to handle them himself!
