AP Park Reservation question

I'm staying offsite 3/31-4/10. I have an Incredi-pass and have made my allotted 5 park reservations. I plan on going a sixth day (Epcot on 4/5). I know that I can make that reservation as soon as I use my first one (4/1). I'm seeing the availability of theme park ticket park passes dry up that week. (Right now Epcot is the only park still available that day for theme park ticket holders). However when I check the AP park reservation calendar, it looks like plenty of availability on 4/5 for any park....should I be worried? I have Space 220 lounge that day and will be really bummed if I get locked out of going.

You should be fine. You've got the right reservations right now - the 5th being a Tuesday would be the best one to leave unreserved, since Tuesdays are usually a lower-attendance day. And Epcot is often the last to fill up - if it were Magic Kingdom or Hollywood Studios, I might be gently concerned, but, even then, I don't think it would be a problem.

AP availability has been pretty much wide open for the last few months. I was there Christmas week, and almost everything was available. And even the weeks this month would have been busier than the time you'll be there, and it was all available.

So I wouldn't stress it. I think you'll be totally fine.

You’ll be fine. I’m here right now during March break and availability is wide open.
Epcot is usually the last to fill.

Thank you so much! I figured Epcot would be the last to fill, which is why I left that one as the last one to get. I have Epcot for Friday, AK for Saturday, DHS for Monday and MK for Wednesday & Thursday already booked. You both made me feel less nervous!

I know that I can make that reservation as soon as I use my first one
Ok, first time staying offsite under new AP park reservation system. Confused

Does this mean as soon as I enter the park (on the first day of my 5 offsite guest entitlements), I can then book another park reservation?

Had expected to be forced to wait until after midnight

Yes. I just did it in April. Epcot was my first reservation on a Friday and as soon as I went through the tapstiles at 9:00, I went into MDE and booked my sixth park pass for Epcot the following Tuesday.

I'm glad to know about this change! The last time I was staying offsite, I couldn't book another park reservation until after all parks had closed that day, i.e. if MK was the last park to close and closed at 10 PM, I couldn't book another park reservation until 10:01 PM.

I had heard that as well but figured I'd give it a shot and it worked right away. It was a huge relief as I didn't want to give up my ADRs!
