On March 24, I was able to snag a 6-8 time slot on May 18 for the AP Pandora preview. I was in the car on my way to surgery, so I was unable to print my confirmation page, but did screenshot it. My confirmation page had a print button and an order number. It also said I would be getting an email confirmation soon. Fast forward many days and I never received that email. Read here on the DIS several other people had the same issue. Well yesterday I called the number listed on my confirmation page, which was really just the Disney AP number.

I didn't even get the words out of my mouth, just mentioned the AP Pandora Preview and she interrupted me and said, sorry, no more times available. She interrupted me about 3 more times before I could get her to understand that I already was registered, and had a confirmation and an order number. I actually had to read her the exact wording on the confirmation page and give her the order number before she would move any further with phone call. After that, her attitude changed, and she was much more pleasant.

I was on hold for quite a while, while she tried to find the answer for me. She came back on and said she learned that the email connected with that order number never got sent, but to just show that info to guest services and I would be all set. I expressed concerned and she agreed. I asked nicely to speak to someone else and she again agreed. I was on hold for probably 15 more minutes when she cam back on the line and said she spoke to them again, and they assured her that it would be no problem, just go to guest services, and I would be all set, they would take care of it, and I would be allowed in.

At this point, I had been on the phone for close to 40 minutes, and I really needed to move on to other parts of my day. I'm not sure if it will be an issue or not when I get there, but wanted to share my phone experience as I know others are in the same boat. If I can spare another 30-40 min before my trip, I may try another call. I'm so glad I took a screen shot of the confirmation page, because without that order number, no one would have taken me seriously.

Would love to hear if anyone else that did not receive an email, has called, and what you were told.

I never received an email that the time slots had opened, nor did I receive a confirmation email after I booked my slot. But I have my screenshot and that'll be good enough for me.

It said we'll be expecting another email closer as to times and what all it will entail, so hopefully EVERYONE that signed up will get that email.

Disneys email services are horrible.

1. Hmmm. Sounds like, "Just pass her on to the next CM..."
2. Absolutely do that.
3. For sure! (I do that with whatever kind of official transaction I do on the web, not just Disney.)
4. Please post back after your next phone call marathon. ;)

I heard the same thing, and hope that is true so I don't have to deal with any nonsense at Guest Services.

I went through the same process but did not get a screen grab. I called, was passed to the web services helpdesk. Fortunately I remembered the page well enough to convince the folks there that I was legit and they passed me to Guest Services. Since I did not have a screen grab, Guest Services sent me an email which I am to present, much like you have been asked to present your screen grab, to gain entrance. They also gave me extra FP+ for 3 days of my trip for having to go through this mess.

I trust that they will honor their word here.

Interesting. I wish they had sent me an email. I never talked to anyone else besides the woman from the AP number. I will try again and ask for web services.

FWIW, it was Guest Services that eventually sent me the email.
