AP Login for Dummies?

Hello!

I was just trying to login to the AP site, and it keeps telling me that an unexpected error has occurred. Does this mean that I'm doing it wrong, or that the website is in error?

It tells me to enter my information exactly (type 1), but it doesn't like me to enter "tran". When I try just the tran number, it doesn't work.

Help!! TIA! :thumbsup2

If it's any consolation, I've not been able to log in either since I bought my pass earlier this month.

only works about 1/2 the time for me...I blame the Disney website, not my log on skills,

I had the same problem just last night, and I've logged in to the AP site before with no problems. I think it's the website; because it tells me my numbers are ok for a second, then says they're not, and I'm definitely entering them correctly.

I e-mailed someone through the website last night, but I haven't heard anything back yet. Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

Whew! Thanks for the replies everyone!

I'm sorry that everyone else is having trouble too, but I'm also glad that I'm not crazy! ;)

Here's hoping it's working soon! Thanks again! :goodvibes

I just tried logging into the passholder section and it told me I had to re-add my AP to the site and now it says the numbers are invalid......

It seems everything with the Passholder Program is "hit or miss".:)

Mickey Monitor mailings and Passholder Email receipts are also VERY sporadic.:)

(I hate to be critical of WDW-it is just the facts.:))

I had this problem and I wrote to WDW. Use the last numbers as the tran. For example, if yours reads 01/01/10 123 456, enter 01/01/10 456.

I have had the same problem myself. I have tried on numorous days and get the same error message. Typical Disney website with too many glitches.

It has done this to me too, and once it told me my AP was expiring in April when it actually was expiring in December. That website needs a lot of work.

I have the same issues. I very rarely ever actually get in. When I do I stare at the screen in disbelief! LOL

Disney seems to be having problems with all their web sites. I tried to get on the cruise web site to check my reservation and couldn't get in. I called DCL and asked if I was doing something wrong. She walked through the whole process with me and couldn't get in either so she had me hold while she checked it out. A few minutes later she returned and said it was a web problem and they were working on it. I wasn't the only caller, she said. I can get in now but have had problems the last week or so. Hope they get all the "bugs" worked out soon. Sooo frustrating when you need your Disney time and can't get in!

ok what if you just have 01/01/10 123 no additional numbers?

I do have a Tr 65 on the left hand bottom corner but I have no idea what that is.

I haven't been able to log into the passholder site for a very long time. Since they made some change to the system. :confused3

I created a new acct and it accepted the AP and let me through. WTH is that all about. I don't even think I used a proper email acct. LOL
