AP holders & those with thinking caps on....

Help! I have a 10% off AP pass from a fellow wonderful DISer
We go to disney in august and april....we leave for our next trip august 16, a family of 4, will go again in in april without the kids...a family of 2...and, if possible, before august 16 with our 2 sons, being a family of 4......please tell me why the 10% off AP is best for our family and show me the math

It looks like we can get the Deluxe AP that includes the water park and more and park hoppers for about $599 p/p which would be $2400 minus 10% making it about $2160 for a full 12 months for us to go....do you get discounts on rooms? What else comes with it...I think I saw discounts on dining? any and all info is sooo appreciated from this board!

Go to the Theme Park Attractions board and look at the Tickets sticky (esp. #3) -- that should give you all the info you need. Or go to the disneyworld site and find the ticket info -- there are lots of good reasons to get an AP, including free parking, occasional room discounts, etc. I got one just for me last fall and only used it on two trips, but I think it was well worthwhile.

I think the first problem might be that you are going in August and the coupon expires on July 30th. Might want to double check that...

Ohhh Ok, I thought if i paid for the AP it wouldnt be active until we got to the parks?

Does AAA offer better deals than the AP?

The referral cards are valid only for purchase of live APs or PAPs at WDW through July 31, 2009.

They are not valid for puchase of vouchers or exchange certificates and are not valid for mail or phone orders.
