My DW and I rent in Florida for 3 months. As such, if I show Disney my rental agreement, can I buy Florida resident Annual Passes....or because I am just a temporary resident, must I buy the Incredipass???

I expect you would need a legal identifier of some sort - do you have a Florida driver's license? I expect if you are a Snow Bird just renting for a few months, you would not be considered a Florida resident.

If you are not a Florida resident or DVC, I think Incredipass is the only annual option at this time.

You’d either need a valid Florida DL OR proof of residency along with another picture ID - like a current copy of a mortgage statement or homeowners insurance. My sil just did this and used her IL drivers license and a copy of her bank statement that had been mailed to her FL address - and the statement itself must show your Florida address (ie, it can’t be forwarded from another state); however they own a house in Naples and live there for 6+ months of the year.

You can use a bill. Do you pay a cable or internet bill for the months you are there? Do you have an actual lease, or is it more like an airbnb situation? They will also take a piece of mail from someplace like a bank.

We have a rental contract. And I do maintain a bank account in FL, but have the statement mailed to my NY address. But I could change the address. I will have to look at the cost and blackout dates of the FL resident APs, to see if it would be worth it.

A bank statement mailed to your Florida address works, it can’t be more that three months old. A rental agreement also works.

According to Disney's website you cannot uses leases, but a bank statement or any other government mail at that address would work or any utility bills

A rental agreement or lease will not work ... per Disney "Deeds, mortgage contracts, mortgage payment booklets and leases are not accepted."

See the link in post above and it will give you what they do and do not accept.

Universal's policy is different. All we had to show was our Rental Agreement for 3 months. That got my wife and I Annual Passes, and I think they were each around $ 350....compare that to WDW !!!!!
