AP Discounts on DisneyLand Tickets?

Is there a Disneyland ticket discount for Walt Disney World annual passholders? Just wondering since we'll be in Anaheim in May and were considering spending a day at Disney but as Walt Disney World passholders, it's hard to justify paying full price for tickets to Disneyland.
