AP Discount Rate Question

We are booked for a full hookup site from December 15-27. While I realize AP rates for that time period haven't been released yet, has anyone had any luck in the past with the discount rates for the same time period? If so, do you remember what rate you were able to get? Thanks so much!

No one has ever gotten an AP rate on campsites mid-December?

We did get a 20% AAA discount in mid Dec. of 2000. Give it a shot!

What I do is subscribe to Mousesavers web page change notice. I'm emailed as soon as there is a change on the webpage that notifies you about AP rates. I got the email, called to change ressies even before the CRO new the AP rates were out! They seem to be coming out later this year.

I also get the Mousesavers updates. I check SEVERAL times a day there and on the resort boards here. I was just wondering what discounts had been received in the past. Right now the full hook up is about $51 a night including taxes. It would be nice to get just a little off that. I know AP discounts for October-December weren't released until August 28th last year. I'm just hoping something will come up a little earliler.

I unsuccessfully tired for a campsite ap rate last Jan. the sites were gone before the rates came out so I am guessing either there were very very very few or none . I called as soon as the rates were released and even before they were officially released as some cms were giving ap rates the day before official release.

SETTLER'S rate code...seems the last years it was already out by this time...wonder if it is discontinued ....
the CMs always sound like they never heard of such a thing and mostly are not helpful....
anybody got any info on this discount....

Where is that link to do that.. I check it many times a day for the AAA rate to come out and this would be easier!

The automatic update comes out the next MORNING after she updates the site. The system probably checks once a day about 2am and then sends out the update.

So if you are looking for a hot AP rate, then you'll need to check the site each day.

I check EVERY morning! Lately, Mousesavers has been able to give us a few days notice before the AP rates are released. I hope that will happen this time. I'm still thinking that AP rates won't be released for the Sept-Dec time frame until mid to late August. I could be wrong, but we'll see.
