AP Discount Questions

I have been looking through my AP stuff and think I have concluded that AP holders CAN NOT buy admission tickets at a discount for others. Is that correct?

If that is the case, are any of you familiar with the convention discount rate going at the convention hotels? I will be there in August (attending a convention) and know that in the past our hotel offered a special convention discount rate for tickets. I just can't remember what that was and am trying to arrange for tickets for a few friends (also attending the convention.)

Any help would be appreciated!!

That is true, you cannot get discount passes, you only get a discount renewing your personal pass when it's time.

I don't know about convention rates... Hav you thought about going in October instead and checking out Gay Day passes?

have you tried your work?? I know kaiser permanente employee club beats the military rate on their tickets, of course you have to pay for mailing, so it probabely evens out. . but check that out. . . . just don't buy your tickets there at the ticket booth, you can get discounts at many places. it seems to me the convention rate is cheaper because it is only for so many hours. . . but do not qoute me.
