Any expert users know the answer to this question? My wife and I are annual passholders. Pretty sure we can buy the dining plan without buying tickets. The question is...can we buy the dining plan for everyone on our reservations even if they don't have an annual pass? (For example, I book a room with me and 3 others on the reservation...she books a room with 3 others on HER reservation. Can we buy the DDP for everyone?)
