AP Dining Plan add-on to room only?

I've tried searching for the answer but wasn't getting any results... We have 3 rooms booked. In two rooms, we have a full package (room, tickets, DDP), but in 1 room, they all have FL Resident AP's. Questions about dining plan add-on for AP holders:

1. Cost of DDP for AP holders?
2. Does EVERYONE in the room need to get the DDP add-on?
3. If so, could ONE person in that AP room only purchase a DDP for themselves only upon check-in? Like an upgrade in person?

1. Same as cost for everyone else. There is no discount.

2. Yes.

3. No. DDP cannot be added at check-in, for anyone.
