Has anyone gotten a value resort for the week of Dec 1-Dec 8? I tried and the lady told me there was nothing at all the values. What is up with that?

I think Mousefest is happening during that time. That really fills up the Values.

I think I have it straightened out now. Only one AP discount per AP. CM I booked with earlier was totally misinformed. I switched us over to the FEL code and got two $50 dining cards with our 2 AP discounted rooms. One room will remain a AAA discount.

FEL is the code you use to get the room discount and the dining card. FEX is just the room discount.

Just got off the phone with a GREAT CM.
There were no AP rates at all for the WL from Dec 8-13, but we had to add Dec 7 since we decided to go a day earlier and we got the Contemporary Garden View for 264.38.
(on Dec 7 all they had at the WL was the Yosemite Presidental Suite for $866.00!! haha I wish!!)

The CM also said, that you could always try calling every other day, because they never release all the rooms at one time. We were actually wanting the Poly for the Friday night but nothing at all was available. (We are driving with DMIL and DSIL and thats where they are staying)

Also, I was only on hold for maybe 10 minutes.

My travel agent e-mails me early this morning to say the AP discounts are out BUT since they're doing date-based pricing, I actually SAVED money by doing my room-only reservation from wayyy back last December! My ressie dates are 12/19 - 12/29/07 at the AKL.

Room-only rate for my stay: $2418.70
AP Discount Rate for my stay: $3016

No you won't need it on hand to book, just the codes. But make sure you have it when you check-in.

Just got through to CRO...There systems are down and they can't make any changes or take new bookings until the system is back up. The CM offered to call me back with the information I needed, but I told him I would call back.

We are leaving for the airport in a few hours. I called to see about switching to an AP rate so we can get the dining gift card (I know, $20, not the end of the world) but the stupid system is down. For another HOUR! Looks like I WON'T be getting a dining card!

ASMu Family suites was available for some point during 11/30-12/8 for whoever asked if they're included in the ap rates. I think she check 12/4-12/8, but since we didn't book it I'm not entirely sure.

Just got the same info from my TA as well. If I changed to the AP rate at POP my cost would go up $30 bucks! Yes they are using the new pricing now. It seems to me like for new reservations as far as I can tell because my rate stayed the same if I didn't make any changes.

I don't understand why they would be charging 2008 pricing for a 2007 ressie. Just doesn't make any sense. I went on the WDW site just to take a look and when I checked on a room only ressie it still pulls up the old '07 rates. Hopefully my rate is secure. You can bet I won't be making any changes between now and our trip.
