AP Bridging and Expiration Question

I would try at the park but I am back home in PA. I didn't realize the price difference at the time of upgrading. The guy on the phone just thought I was nuts or stupid maybe both. I tried to explain that if the ticket was sold to tickets at work for 3 dollars cheaper and I have to pay the difference that 3x2 was not $60.

As is the case with just about EVERYTHING related to "CM training,"
you WILL be able to get the proper results, but it may take some perseverance.

You will likely get different CM's on the phone with each call.
Call back, call again... and again.
Explain exactly your situation, and do so until you get the proper response
(that you will be refunded the amount over-charged.)

This may take the form of a "file" in your name that will be implemented when you return to WDW.

I know of what I speak.
But, again, it may take some TIME on your part.

Just keep at it... even at your leisure.
You were over-charged due to CM mistake and/or incompetence.
You should not have to suffer the over-charge.

Thank you Robo I will keep calling them. I explained to the man I knew I had to pay the ticket difference and ap difference but I didn't think I would end up paying more than their value.

I want to thank everyone for their help and advice. An extra thank you to Robo. I just got off the phone when a wonderful agent named Sweden who completely understood why I was calling and what had happened. She refunded me a ton of money and was so sweet. I am really happy Robo told me to keep calling back.

Great news!
So happy you got the proper results!

Thanks for reporting back.
I'll file your info to help future posters.
