AP booking with free Memory Maker ?

Hi all! I have two upcoming trips. One in June and another late July/August. The July/August trip is a split resort stay and both booking come with free Memory Maker. Can I activate one of the free memory makers and use it for our June trip and then activate the other one for the July/August trip? I didn't know if I can activate it prior to checking in.

Actually, I don't even see the code for the Memory Maker. Anyone know where or when you get this if you booked the AP with free MM deal?
